Citrus seasoned pork cutlets with a light smoky flavor. Wow! An easy to make, inexpensive dish. Goes GREAT with Roasted Herbed fried potatoes. Serves 2.
Ingredients:
2-3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 pork cutlets
2 teaspoons Chef Mark Alan’s Lemon Rotisserie Seasoning Blend
Directions: Heat oil in large skillet. Add pork cutlets and fry on both sides until almost done. Then season each pork cutlet with 1/2 teaspoon lemon seasoning on each side and cook a minute or two more, or until done.
