These are some of the best tasting, quickest quesadillas you'll ever make! It's just takes five ingredients and about five minutes to make these incredible quesadillas!
Makes 4 servings or about 30 appetizers.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. chicken breast - cut into small pieces
1 green onion - diced
4 oz. Chef Mark Alan's Tomatillo Sauce
4 oz. Mexican style cheese blend - shredded
8 six inch flour tortilla shells or
1 small bag corn chips
Directions: Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the diced chicken. Cook until done. Lower the heat, stir in the green onion and Tomatillo Sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes more. Turn off the heat, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the mixture and let it melt. Divide mixture between flour tortilla shells (fried or not) or for appetizers, place a small amount (2 teaspoons) onto a corn chip.
