Wow, absolutely the best salmon marinade there is!  If you're in a hurry, just whisk together the honey and Citrus Sesame Soy and brush onto the salmon filets during the last 2 or 3 minutes of cooking. I'd swim upsteam for this dish! Makes enough for 3-4 (6 oz.) salmon filets.

Ingredients:
3 oz. vegetable (or canola) oil
1 Tbsp. honey
5 oz. Chef Mark Alan’s Citrus Sesame Soy Sauce.

Directions:
Whisk ingredients together and pour over salmon filets and marinate for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator. Remove from marinade (discard marinade) and grill, roast or sauté salmon filets. Garnish with an orange slice and serve with more Citrus Sesame Soy Sauce. Serve atop cooked soba noodles for a nice presentation.
