So simple it seems like somehow you’re cheating when you make this 20 minute chili that tastes like it should have taken you all day to make. Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. sized white onion - diced
1 Tbsp. Chef Mark Alan’s Rio Grande Seasoning Blend
1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes (undrained)
2 cans (16 oz.) chili beans in sauce (undrained)
5 ounces Chef Mark Alan’s Santa Fe Sauce
Directions:
In a 3-4 qt. saucepan, crumble in the ground beef and diced onion and cook until the beef is browned and thoroughly done. Drain of any excess fat or liquid. Stir in Chef Mark Alan’s Rio Grande Seasoning and then the remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly and serve topped with your favorite chili garnishes; shredded cheese, sliced jalapeno peppers, sour cream, etc. Excellent with tortilla chips or corn muffins too!
